With reference to Mr. J.H. Thomas' despatch No.192 of the 26th May, 1936, I have the honour to inform you that I am satisfied after enquiry that Mr. Anthony Wong On Cheung is a native of Hong Kong and accordingly forward herewith, completed as far as is possible, a Special Certificate of Nationality in
his favour.
2. I have the honour to request that you will give instructions that before the Certificate is issued the applicant should sign his name and/or affix his left thumb mark in the space below the photograph on page 3 of the Certificate; he should also be asked to state what his native dialect is (viz. Cantonese, Hakka), and this should be entered in the appropriate
space on page 2.

The fee charged in Hong Kong for these certificates is For the easier collection of the fee in the United Kingdom it is proposed that the fee should be 1/6d. and if you see no objection I shall be glad if you will instruct that this amount when collected from the applicant should be paid to the Crown
Agents for the Colonies.

herewith as requested.
